GFPHE Matters Campaign:
Supporting Health Education in Georgia

Dear Friend of GFPHE,

The Georgia SOPHE chapter, the Georgia Federation of Professional Health Educators (GFPHE), recently celebrated our 20 th anniversary, and we want to ensure that GFPHE can continue its rich legacy of contributing to the healthy future of Georgian's. We are launching a major fund-raising campaign to ensure GFPHE's future and enable this key public health organization to continue supporting strategic health education initiatives and the health educators conducting them in Georgia . GFPHE is the only organization in Georgia exclusively dedicated to health education and its myriad of practice settings (e.g., local, state, and federal public health, worksite, schools, non-profit, academia).

We are hoping that you will look on this as an opportunity to give back to the state organization supporting your profession by making a donation to GFPHE. Remember, your donation is tax deductible! An anonymous benefactor has offered to match the first $2,500. One hundred percent of the Board has pledged their support to this effort. Levels: Recognition of Contributors

Bronze Club $1 - $199
Entitles the contributor to be recognized by name for their level of contribution in the newsletter and in the program at GFPHE's Annual Meeting.

Silver Club $200 - $499
Gold Club $500 - $999
Entitles the contributor to receive all of the above and acknowledgements, listed on the GFPHE website, as well as to have his or her name announced at the GFPHE Annual Meeting.

Platinum Club $1,000 - $2,000+
Entitles the contributor to receive all of the above acknowledgements and to receive a special plaque.
